Marketing Coordinator
TMA Systems
• Support event execution including tradeshows and customer events (planning, logistics, timelines, follow-up) • Help execute marketing campaigns across customer marketing, prospecting/demand gen, and partner initiatives • Support project management and coordination using Monday.com (or similar tools) to keep programs on track • Assist with marketing operations and administrative tasks that keep the team moving efficiently • Jump in where needed across the team, including: Writing or editing light marketing content, Creating and scheduling social posts, Pulling basic reports and metrics, Building PowerPoint presentations and decks, Supporting ad hoc marketing projects • This is a true “roll up your sleeves” role with exposure to many parts of marketing.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of marketing, communications, events, or related experience (internships count)
- Experience with project management tools required; Monday.com strongly preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable suggesting ideas or process improvements
- Strong bias toward action—someone who’s excited to contribute and learn fast
- Comfortable working with guidance while taking ownership of assigned tasks
