Senior Engagement Manager

Akamai Technologies

• Work independently as a trusted advisor for customer stakeholders • Own the technical program management • Be the central point of contact for customers • Educate customers on and empower their adoption of Akamai's products • Respond to escalations and lead operational improvements

Job Requirements

  • 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • Understanding of the consulting process and building relationships to ensure customer success
  • Experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully
  • Knowledgeable on DevOps, web development, web performance, and information security technologies
  • Experience with internet technologies and processes related to application architectures and information security
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
