Working Environment:Hybrid (3-day in-office and 2-day remote schedule) TheSenior Enterprise ResilienceManagerwill play a key role in developing and managing a comprehensivebusinessresilienceprogram that encompasses and integrates Business Continuity (BC), IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR), and Crisis Management (CM) activities across FactSet. You, as an individual contributor,will jointhe RiskandComplianceteamand alsoprovide support to enterprise risk management activities, including risk and mitigation assessments, and reporting delivered to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and continually improve resilienceprograms that prepare FactSet to respond to business disruptions. - Lead and coordinate aglobal,cross-departmental committee dedicated tobusiness resilienceactivities andinitiatives. - Organize and execute business impact analyses and risk assessments, identifying critical processes, key risks, and threats and evaluating preparedness. - Work closely with BC, ITDR, and CM teams to drive strong alignment and robust and integrated response plans. - Facilitate BC, ITDR, and CM teams in planning and executing testing and tabletop exercises. Analyze results toidentifygaps and drive improvements for greater resilience. - Organize and deliver training, communication, and otherinitiatives to strengthen organizational awareness, readiness, andbusinessresilience. - Create and update dashboards, reports, and metrics that help senior leadersmonitorfirm resilience and mitigation progress. - Maintain and regularly update the enterprise risk register, tracking mitigationactionsandmonitoringemerging threats. - Championenterprise risk managementprojects such as risk dashboard reporting and help integrate new risk management tools or platforms. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degreein business administration, Risk Management,IT,or related discipline. - 8+ years of experience in business continuity management and/or operational resilience. - Demonstrated success designing, implementing, andmaintainingbusinesscontinuityoroperational resilienceprograms, preferably in a global environment. - Directexperience running risk assessments,businessimpact analyses, crisis/incidentresponseactivities, and testing ofcontinuity or recoveryplans through tabletop or similar exercises. - Strong project management and organizational abilities, including data analytics and managing concurrent initiatives. - Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and trendsimpactingoperational resilience (e.g.,EU DORA). - Skilled in preparing clear risk documentation, reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations. - Track recordof leading awareness and training activities to foster organizational resilience. - Effective collaborator withstrong communicationskills, able to work independently with soundjudgment,and a genuine passion for risk management. - Ability toworka hybrid schedule (3-day in-office and 2-day remote) from an office in NYC, Norwalk CT,orLondonUK. For U.S. candidates, must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in thefuture. The budgeted amount range for this position in NYC and the State of Connecticut is $145,000 - $175,000USD. Please note: the salary range may differ in other locations or countries. Role Description Depending on your skills you will be interviewed for either Maintenance Coordinator or Maintenance Supervisor. If you do not have Supervisory experience, you will not be interviewed for Supervisor. This role will tap into both Spanish and English backgrounds as you speak with tenants, vendors, business owners, and founders using email, text, and phone. Creating and managing project dashboards with appropriate updates and notes is done daily so you must be a rockstar organizer to get the most accomplished in your day. Last but not least, this role requires someone who is proactive, excited about leading a team, and wants to be a part of something special in building out a company! Qualifications - A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role. - Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role. - Full Proficiency in AppFolio. - Working knowledge of Buildium is helpful. - Knowledge of Project Management software (such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project, etc.) is a plus. - C1/C2 proficiency in English is required. Requirements - Takes initiative, leads projects from start to finish, and solves problems on their own. - Responsible for completing projects from start to finish, solving problems on their own, and making recommendations for improvement to leadership. - This person is the final internal decision-maker before founders. - This person is accountable for client confidence during maintenance issues. - Will lead daily SCRUM meeting with the MX Team. - Will provide Monthly reports on Maintenance for each client to be sent to Clients. - Will lead weekly meeting with Founders reporting on the activities within MX. - Formal 1:1 ownership with all Maintenance Coordinators or Team supporting Maintenance. - Will understand each of our Clients’ Maintenance needs and ensure the SOPs are followed. - Will conduct daily spot checks on all clients’ MX activity. - Accountability for MX team performance metrics. - Ability to have both professional and friendly interactions, build good relationships, work well with others, and be a strong listener. - Managing existing dashboards, and creating new ones, for projects in Google Sheets, ClickUp, etc. - Coordinating and managing work orders with vendors and tenants. - Comfortable using new technology software and a strong ability to learn different technology platforms. - This person owns escalations. - Update the status of repairs in Property Management Software. - Answer all emails and acknowledge requests within 24 hours. - Take initiative to problem solve when needed. - Continue to help build out training. - Assist in training and onboarding new team members. - Ability to have performance discussions with team members. - Able to communicate Ownership’s vision and directives to team members. - Comfortable suggesting ideas, suggestions, and comments to Ownership. - Previous Property Management experience is required.
