• Lead the architecture, governance, and strategic evolution of an enterprise automation and orchestration platform • Define platform standards and design scalable automation frameworks • Partner closely with customer engineering, security, and operations leadership for enterprise-wide adoption • Architect and guide deployment of a secure, compliant, and highly scalable HPE Morpheus Enterprise platform across hybrid and multi-cloud environments • Ensure solutions are API-driven, extensible, and aligned with Infrastructure-as-Code principles

• Build and scale the EA function - Design the operating model, service portfolio, and governance frameworks that position enterprise architecture as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders across Digital Marketing Organization (DMO) and the broader CHG enterprise • Lead technology modernization - Develop multi-year technology roadmaps that reduce technical debt, drive cloud adoption, and position CHG as a technology leader through strategic adoption of emerging technologies including generative AI • Translate strategy into execution - Partner with business leaders enterprise-wide to map current and future-state capabilities, identify gaps, and deliver consumable architecture guidance that drives investment decisions and measurable outcomes • Develop architecture talent - Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of enterprise, solution, and technical architects, building their business acumen and technical development • Chair standards and governance - Lead technology and architecture standards processes that balance enterprise risk with agility, enabling democratized decision-making while maintaining alignment with business strategy

• Lead the initiative to migrate configuration into Infrastructure-as-Code with CI/CD execution • Build serverless automation using AWS (Lambda, S3, EventBridge) or equivalent cloud services • Convert manual workflows into automated pipelines. • Partner interdepartmentally to improve posture, efficiency, and tooling refinement • Oversee device lifecycle management across macOS, Windows, and Linux (Intune, Jumpcloud, Kandji, and Fleetdm) • Administer patching, software distribution, and device compliance policies • Operate and improve EDR tooling (SentinelOne or equivalent) for detection and response • Manage Data Loss Prevention technologies (Google DLP, Cyberhaven, Material, and Abnormal) • Architect VDI frameworks to support secure access models • Deploy secure browser and device trust environments to protect corporate data • Architect and operate enterprise IAM platforms using Okta, Okta Workflows, and Identity Governance • Design and enforce least-privilege access at scale across endpoints, SaaS, and cloud environments • Build automated lifecycle provisioning/deprovisioning pipelines • Integrate new SaaS tools securely with Okta, driving compliance and audit-readiness
