• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for electric distribution infrastructure including overhead and underground systems • Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates for grid resiliency and energy transition projects • Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for optimizing energy delivery • Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of electric distribution systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering required
- No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework is preferred
- Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team
- Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus
