• Interpret and refine business, functional, and technical requirements to support effective solution design • Develop and enhance Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations -following platform best practices • Collaborate with fellow developers, ETL teams, Business Analysts, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions • Assist in evaluating existing systems and identifying opportunities for improvements or optimizations • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing root-cause analysis and contributing to long-term fixes • Help estimate the level of effort and assess technical feasibility for new work • Stay informed on new Salesforce features, tools, and best practices to support ongoing improvement • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and adherence to coding standards • Contribute to sprint planning, project coordination, release activities, and Agile ceremonies • Provide regular updates during daily Scrum meetings and other status forums
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong understanding of core platform capabilities
- Preferred certifications: Platform Developer I; Platform Developer II, Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud are a plus
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including data modeling, security, and automation
- Proficiency with Apex triggers, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for resolving issues across Apex, automations, and integrations
- Good understanding of governor limits, integration patterns, and Salesforce design best practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security/sharing models, data management, validation rules, workflows, and general platform administration
