• Business to business support of Wynne Systems products • Ticket and workload management using our online ticketing tool • Resolution of data issues • Creation of knowledge base articles • Replication of bugs within the Wynne System products • Work with internal and external resources to identify and troubleshoot root causes for recurring service desk tickets

• Prepare, review and negotiate outgoing sub-agreements • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework and compliance rules • Provide detail-oriented review of SUBSystem Required Items while enforcing compliance • Analyze sponsored research awards for required flow down terms • Ensure accurate and timely submission of subawards for approval • Administer and manage the SUBSystem template portfolio and institutional database • Develop and conduct training and user support via instructor-led training • Serve as presenter for ad hoc classes • Assist with updates to training materials and ongoing education for OSRS • Train new and existing OSRS staff • Review and analyze current processes for efficiency • Participate in Workday grant support discussions • Analyze SUBSystem configurations and perform testing • Ensure clear communication with the user community regarding system updates
