Job Category This role will have the opportunity to work alongside a team growing a high-value product in the Finance space, reporting to the Senior Director of Operations directly and having cross-functional exposure to Sales, Account Management, Product and Technical teams- a great learning opportunity to be at the center of it all. You will work externally with our Lender-partners and gain exposure to that industry. Responsibilities - Vet contractors and evaluate fraud risks. - Submit contractor applications to multiple lenders and track progress. - Manage Salesforce cases that support expansion of existing business. - Perform recurring compliance audits (licenses, re‑vetting, documentation). - Communicate with lenders to obtain missing or clarifying submission details. - Collaborate internally with Sales and Account Management. - Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar - 1+ years of Accounting or Operations experience - Salesforce, Excel aptitude required - Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve - Attention to detail and ability to spot risk - Understanding of the Lending space a plus The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 USD to $64,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
