We are looking for an analytical, self-starting Financial Analyst to join our team and help build our Finance function. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Senior Financial Analyst and currently has no direct reports What You’ll Do: Financial Operations & Data Integrity - Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure high levels of accuracy in all financial records. - Proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies between carrier payments and bank statements. - Establish and maintain data validation protocols to ensure "single source of truth" integrity across all reporting platforms. - Ensure data accuracy to provide a reliable foundation for critical business decisions Commission Management - Manage and process monthly agent commissions accurately and on schedule. - Audit and maintain the accuracy of Carrier rates and Agent commission rates within the First Connect Portal to ensure 100% accuracy in automated commission calculations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for complex or escalated commission-related inquiries.
