Senior Workflow Automation Engineer
CrowdStrike
• Lead technical implementation and architecture of enterprise automation solutions using N8N, Tray.ai, and AI platforms (MCP, Gemini Enterprise) • Design and develop complex integrations using APIs, webhooks, and agentic workflows for business process automation • Build and maintain monitoring systems, alerting mechanisms, and performance metrics for automated workflows • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to 2-3 automation engineers, including code reviews and best practices • Drive technical standards, architecture decisions, and serve as escalation point for complex challenges • Partner with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement automation opportunities across departments • Document and evangelize technical implementations and automation best practices • Track and report on automation metrics, including ROI, time savings, and error reduction
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in application integration development and automation
- Advanced expertise in APIs, REST/GraphQL, JSON, XML, and web services
- Deep hands-on experience with N8N, Tray.ai, or similar automation platforms
- Proven expertise in implementing AI solutions using MCP, Gemini Enterprise, or similar platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Proven experience integrating enterprise applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Snowflake, Coupa)
- Experience implementing agentic workflows and AI chains
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications
- Track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide automation initiatives
- Experience in technical mentorship and team leadership of 2-3 engineers
- Experience in architectural design and technical decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills with business English proficiency
- Experience working in Agile environments
