Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive EHS IT Project Manager & Scrum Master Support to manage and streamline our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and project reporting, and will support the delivery of high-value IT work in a hybrid/remote environment. Key Responsibilities: - Inventory and review existing EHS and EHS IT Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog, including work items, bugs, tasks, and epics. - Triage and disposition break/fix and sustainment tickets (close, defer, reassign, or create knowledge base entries). - Develop and socialize a prioritization framework based on business value, effort, and risk. - Group work items into Epics/Features and align with logical releases. - Author and update user stories in ADO with clear acceptance criteria and definition of done. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Produce and maintain a project plan covering roadmap, sprint schedule, milestones, and dependencies. - Provide stakeholder reporting on a weekly cadence, including status updates, burn-down charts, and key metrics. - Identify risks, maintain a risk register, and drive mitigation actions. Required Technical Skills: - Fully proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, SharePoint. - Experienced in Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and project management.
