Senior Billing and Revenue Analyst
eClinical Solutions
• Develop, maintain, and optimize billing and revenue recognition rules for client services and licensing contracts in accordance with ASC 606 • Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices across multiple billing models • Perform detailed contract reviews to ensure billing terms are accurately reflected in NetSuite • Reconcile contract financials, including amounts billed to date, deferred and recognized revenue • Support month-end close activities, contract closeouts, and internal and external audits • Leverage NetSuite saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, and reporting tools to analyze billing and revenue data • Utilize approved AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools to support reconciliations, variance analysis, and forecasting • Identify opportunities to streamline or automate billing and revenue workflows • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Project Management, and other stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in billing, revenue, and contract accounting in a professional services and/or SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles under ASC 606
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP, including billing, revenue recognition, saved searches, and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience using analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools in a finance or accounting environment preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Analyze roadway video and imagery to identify pavement distresses: cracking (alligator, longitudinal, transverse, block), potholes, rutting, raveling, patching, and other surface defects • Classify infrastructure assets including signage, road markings, guardrails, drainage features, and barriers • Apply pavement condition assessment methodologies to ensure consistent, accurate classification • Own the full data creation lifecycle from video preprocessing through tagging, QA, and final delivery • Define, document, and continuously refine classification standards for roadway conditions and assets • Build and maintain QA frameworks that ensure repeatable, high-quality output • Act as the final decision-maker on ambiguous classifications and edge cases • Identify recurring quality issues and implement corrective processes • Lead and manage annotation and review teams to meet quality and delivery targets • Train team members on pavement distress identification and classification standards • Set performance benchmarks and provide clear feedback to maintain consistency • Partner closely with Machine Learning teams to align datasets with real-world infrastructure requirements • Work with Customer Success teams to ensure timely and accurate dataset delivery • Translate customer needs (transportation agencies, municipalities) into clear internal execution standards • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline tagging, QA, and review workflows • Build systems and processes that support growing dataset volume and complexity
• Deliver assigned work packages on time and within budget, as defined by the Project Manager. • Ensure all deliverables and solutions meet quality standards, processes, and established engineering practices. • Interpret design input requirements to produce semi-complex system designs. • Select and place electrical and controls components for conveyor systems. • Develop electrical layouts and schematic drawings using appropriate CAD tools. • Perform FLA, power drop, cable length, and other engineering calculations. • Design industrial networks in accordance with Dematic guidelines and industry standards. • Design semi-complex conveyor control software using tools such as AB Logix Designer. • Configure Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) parameters to meet specific application requirements. • Create configuration and parameter files for Embedded Conveyor Controllers (ECCs). • Emulation testing of designed systems to ensure proper functionality. • Document findings and results in alignment with Dematic standards. • Share developed documentation and knowledge with less experienced engineers. • Track engineering progress against schedule; report updates with ME/CE Leads. • Completes the commissioning of complex systems that integrate hardware and software. • Completes recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.
