Overview The HRIS Analyst provides technical and customer service support for our HRIS (UKG | Workday), IT systems (ServiceNow), and various reporting tools, including the development and distribution of HR metrics, business intelligence reports, and dashboards for Human Resources and the organization. This role will produce reports and ensure data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, security administration, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities, and system configuration are completed regularly. *Our organization is currently running on UKG and is transitioning to Workday, hence why we are looking for a foundation of experience with both. This is a fully remote position that offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000, plus an annual bonus. Responsibilities - Partner with Sr. HRIS Analyst and Director, HRIS to create and distribute a variety of weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual HR reports and dashboards. - Ensure that HRIS system administration duties are completed continuously (create and manage new locations review, approve, and track salary increases and changes/transfers that require exec approval; maintain role permissions and assignments; review and approve company transfers; update and maintain UKG Onboarding as needed; and review pending requests and remind approvers to review). - Launch several surveys in the HRIS System (Employee Engagement, Performance Reports, Exit Interview, New Hire, etc.). - Create tickets, check tickets, create reports, reconcile records, and troubleshoot issues in ServiceNow. - Establish and maintain access and roles for all employees and contingent workers as needed. - Administer SmartSheet, E-Verify, and DocuSign Templates for HR processes. - Handle all customer service inquiries (respond to questions, troubleshooting, password resets, etc.). - Reconcile employee accounts with IT systems. - Responsible for onboarding and offboarding contingent workers and vendors, and maintaining system access and related information. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Proficiency in UKG (formerly Ultipro) and Workday is required. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel HR data management is required. - Complex report writing skills required. - Strong project management skills, including prioritizing, balancing, and managing multiple efforts with strong results necessary. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A customer-focused individual who must effectively work in a fast-paced & fluid business environment with competing priorities. - Proven critical thinking and analytic skills. - Must be self-motivated, highly organized, with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency. - Ability to produce accurate work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines. - Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact, and independent judgment in the performance of duties. Location: Remote Duration: 14 months We are seeking experienced Epic Conversion Analysts to oversee and execute the data conversion and migration strategy for the Epic expansion and deployment. This role ensures that legacy data from multiple systems is accurately and efficiently migrated into Epic, supporting a seamless transition for clinical and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Epic conversion tools, data mapping, and healthcare data workflows.
