Job Description This is a remote position available to candidates who currently reside in California - Santa Clarita and surrounding areas The Payment Solutions Market Manager is an individual contributor sales role responsible for driving business development and sales within the Small Business and Branch Banking segment, specifically serving companies with less than $2.5 million in annual revenue. This role focuses on developing new business relationships while expanding and increasing profitability within existing client accounts. The Market Manager builds and maintains a strong pipeline of opportunities through a combination of self‑sourced prospecting and close partnership with Business Banking Specialists and branch colleagues. Success in this role requires identifying sales opportunities based on a strong understanding of client needs, market dynamics, and the organization’s products and services. The position involves making consultative sales presentations to existing and prospective clients, clearly articulating the value and benefits of payment solutions to meet their business needs. The Market Manager also implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to support ongoing sales activity and growth. Overall, this role is focused on expanding payment solutions within the small business environment through proactive relationship management and targeted sales efforts. This is a fully remote position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $26.44 to $28.85, plus a monthly bonus.
