Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to make sales by expanding our relationships with home improvement contractors. This role involves driving the entire sales process, from building a pipeline to closing deals. The ideal candidate has a background in Software as a Service (SaaS) or channel sales, particularly in the home improvement industry, and is passionate about shaping go-to-market strategies for new offerings. This is a fully remote position. This position offers a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus monthly commission of 30 BPS, with an additional guarantee of $10K per month for the first five months, OR whichever amount is higher in the first five months to help off-set your ramp up period. Responsibilities - Oversee and own the entire sales cycle from prospect creation to deal closure, specifically targeting home improvement contractors, ensuring a seamless process. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets. - Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline of home improvement contractors, consistently utilizing the customer relationship management (CRM) system to stay organized and drive sales. - Establish and cultivate strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at home improvement contractor organizations, creating long-term partnerships. - Continuously refine and deliver tailored presentations that effectively showcase our solutions to home improvement contractors. - Achieve and surpass sales goals by taking a contractor-centric, customer-focused approach. - Articulate our value proposition in a way that excites and engages home improvement contractors, driving interest and engagement. - Continuously enhance sales messaging to drive efficient and scalable outbound prospecting to contractor businesses. - Work with cross-functional teams to craft account-based sales strategies that deliver value to home improvement contractors and other market segments. - Utilize a variety of channels and resources to identify and engage new potential home improvement contractor clients. - Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all documentation, customer CRM entries, and communications. - Consistently track activities and provide accurate, timely reports on performance and progress toward sales goals. - Prioritize customer adoption and satisfaction and provide necessary training, ensuring our solutions meet the unique business needs of home improvement contractors. - Stay up to date with market trends in the home improvement industry to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients. - Regularly visit clients and prospects within the assigned territory, with required travel to various clients and prospects comprising 60% to 75% of the time in the role. - Adhere to the Company’s Compliance Standards, ensure a safe and secure work environment, and other duties as assigned.
