Role Description The SVP, Enterprise Architecture & Strategy will lead our future-state technology vision. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, ensuring every technology investment directly drives growth, scalability, and enterprise value. Ideal Qualifications - Experience recruiting on college campuses or managing officer commissioning pipelines (e.g., OTS, ROTC). - Prior advisory, training, or consulting experience. - Comfort collaborating in cross-functional, remote environments. Compensation - This is a contract position with an hourly pay range of $54-$80 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
