• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise‑wide DLP controls using Microsoft Purview DLP, Information Protection, and Netskope DLP/CASB • Engineer DLP policies, classifiers, exceptions, and workflows for cloud (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), endpoint, and web channels • Lead integration of DLP and CASB tools with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud • Partner with cloud architects and application teams to embed DLP and CASB controls into cloud-native environments • Develop and enforce advanced DLP policies aligned to security standards, regulatory requirements, and risk tolerance • Monitor, analyze, and automate DLP management processes combining SOC, SIEM, and telemetry • Serve as a technical expert for complex DLP and CASB incidents • Provide leadership in mapping DLP controls to GDPR, CCPA, PCI, HIPAA, and other frameworks • Educate and influence interested parties on DLP findings, risk areas, and recommended mitigations

• As a Cloud Security Engineer on Shipt’s Network and Endpoint Security team, you will be focused on protecting Shipt applications and guiding engineering teams in cybersecurity best practices. • You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining secure, reliable security systems, as well as building custom security tools, scripts, and automations to facilitate detection, analysis, and response. • You will collaborate with technology teams to maintain secure network architectures, including cloud firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems, while supporting issue resolution in production environments. • The role also involves implementing application development best practices, maintaining clear technical documentation, participating in code reviews, and leading by example in work ethic and ownership. • Agile methodologies will guide your work in delivering impactful solutions in a product-focused environment.

Job Summary The Presales Manager will lead a team of technical presales professionals focused on developing and driving innovative Digital Velocity & Security Solutions. This role will manage day-to-day operations of the presales team, coach team members to perform at a high level, and collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Architects, CDW Services teams, strategic partners and customers to enable customer outcomes and revenue growth. What we expect of you: * Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-class technical solutions. Or, 11+ years of equivalent experience. * 5+ year of experience in a team lead, technical mentorship, or informal management role. * Strong understanding of presales processes, solution development, and customer engagement strategies. * Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor technical sales professionals. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Services, to drive outcomes. * Prior experience in a formal people management role is a plus. * Background in infosec, cloud, data, AI, or software engineering is highly desirable. * Experience with opportunity pipeline tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with forecasting and reporting practices. * Capable of identifying, developing and closing sales opportunities. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and help teams navigate ambiguity. * Subject matter expert in infosec and digital velocity, Cloud and DevOps solutions, a plus. * Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and to develop/maintain partner relationships. • Build expertise in Zapier’s internal security practices and our platform’s governance features. • Act as a strategic security advisor to sales and customer success teams on security-related aspects of complex or high-value deals. • Lead rapid response to technical risk mitigation for concerns raised by customers during deal cycles. • Represent the company’s security posture and lead customer-facing security briefings to address security concerns and accelerate trust. • Consult on the voice of the customer on security related issues and help translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for internal product and security teams, influencing roadmap and priorities. • Get ahead of potential concerns by partnering with enterprise GTM teams, analyzing customer security questionnaires, and identifying improvements in our platform’s governance features. • Develop and maintain sales enablement content: Trust Center knowledge base, security one-pagers, objection handling guides, and whitepapers. • Collaborate with product marketing to ensure security messaging aligns with customer needs and market expectations.
