At Naviant, our mission is to partner with organizations to reimagine how work gets done, combining deep industry expertise, intelligent technology, and a human-centered approach to deliver measurable outcomes. Our vision is simple yet ambitious: Reimagine work through automation, AI, and data, freeing people to focus on what truly matters. We’re seeking a hands-on IT System Administrator who thrives in a fast-moving IT environment and takes pride in owning both systems and outcomes. Within 60 Days: Taking Ownership - Independently manage day-to-day IT operations, including user onboarding/offboarding, device management, access control, and SaaS administration. - Take functional ownership of Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, basic configuration, reporting, data hygiene, and support requests. - Improve system reliability and user experience by identifying recurring issues and implementing preventative solutions. - Enhance documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal knowledge resources. - Partner effectively with business teams to understand needs and translate them into scalable, secure technical solutions. At 90 Days and Beyond: Driving Impact - Fully own the health, reliability, and usability of Naviant’s internal IT systems and Salesforce environment, partnering with IT leadership and external providers, as appropriate, to ensure scalability, security, and operational resilience. - Serve as a trusted internal advisor, balancing user needs, security, scalability, and operational efficiency. - Proactively identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve automation, and reduce manual effort across systems. - Maintain strong system hygiene, access controls, and data integrity, supporting auditability and organizational trust. - Contribute to longer-term IT strategy and continuous improvement initiatives, bringing a thoughtful, solution-oriented perspective.
