Role Description As a SMB Sales Development Representative at Universal Background Screening, you must be highly driven, competitive, and resilient, someone who thrives on outbound prospecting and creating opportunities from scratch. This role is ideal for early-career sales professionals who are energized by cold calling, motivated by results, and eager to build a career in sales. You will be on the front lines of our growth strategy—owning high-volume outreach, engaging small and mid-sized businesses, and consistently building a strong pipeline through persistence and hustle.
