Senior Demand Generation Manager

• Develop targeted acquisition strategies – Build persona-specific campaigns to reach companies running SMS messaging campaigns who need short links and companies using competitor solutions • Launch multi-channel campaigns – Orchestrate integrated campaigns across paid media, content partnerships, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives that drive awareness and new visitor acquisition • Lead paid acquisition – Launch and optimize campaigns through search, social, and display with a focus on pipeline generation and maximizing ROAS • Execute ABM programs – Create and run account-based campaigns targeting high-value SMB segments with personalized messaging and creative that generate a qualified pipeline • Own Rebrandly.com as a growth lever – Continuously improve landing page performance, form conversions, and demo request rates through structured A/B testing and user experience enhancements • Drive data-driven optimizations – Analyze attribution models, funnel analytics, and cost-per-demo economics to prioritize high-impact opportunities and improve conversion rates • Influence growth strategy across the organization – Act as a strategic thought partner across internal teams, sharing best practices, and collaborating closely to identify and execute on growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Proven SMB lead generation experience – 6+ years driving high-volume, qualified demos and pipeline in B2B SaaS, ideally targeting marketing or SMS buyers
- Paid search expertise – Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads, Linked and LinkedIn/Meta campaigns optimized for lead gen and demo conversions, not just clicks
- Conversion optimization obsession – Track record improving landing page conversion rates, form completion, and demo request quality through rigorous testing
- Lead quality focus – You understand how to balance volume with quality, can work with sales to define ICP, and optimize campaigns for SQLs not just MQLs
- Data-driven execution – Comfortable with attribution models, cost-per-demo economics, and demo-to-pipeline conversion analysis
- Fast executor – You launch campaigns quickly, test aggressively, and iterate based on what drives actual pipeline
