Role : You will act as a strategic partner to the "One Pipeline" organization and the broader engineering community, helping 17,000+ developers deliver business value with speed and confidence. You will drive the creation of "paved roads" that allow teams to move fast without needing to be infrastructure experts. Enable Partner Teams: Partner with Developer Experience teams across the enterprise to ensure our delivery platforms unlock their initiatives. You will define the standards for how software flows from commit to production, maximizing developer velocity while enabling the safety and quality checks that other teams depend on. Drive Strategic Decisions: Serve as a subject matter expert for the enterprise, guiding decisions on when to adopt industry standards versus building bespoke solutions. You will ensure our technical designs deliver tangible business value. Build Foundational Systems: Validate architectural decisions by building the core components that teams depend on.
