As Senior Project Manager on the Egnyte Professional Services team, you would be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and scope. You will plan and designate project resources, monitor progress and keep stakeholders updated in a timely manner. Your main goal would be to create and manage projects to successful completion - from initiation, through delivery, to closure, meeting all customer expectations and outcomes. Ideal candidates would possess broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations, in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. Qualified candidates are self-starters and highly motivated to provide excellent customer service. Your Qualifications - 5-8 years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles (remote and onsite) in a technology organization - Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management - Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills - Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment; ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resources - Experience handling escalations at all levels - A strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is required - Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices - Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology - Understanding of technology relative to data, storage, API integration, Public and Private Cloud highly desirable - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline is preferred - Willing to work during US Eastern time every day. Job Requirements
