As the Manager for Medicare Program Services, you are the liaison to business partners throughout the company to help communicate business projects with departments. These projects support operational changes based on Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidance. They also help improve existing business processes, address client requests or drive advancement of enterprise objectives. Your role is to provide subject matter expertise for our products and prevent unintended negative consequences. The Manager needs to be adept at managing various aspects of project planning, conducting risk analysis, articulating detailed and technical functional design requirements, participating in meaningful cross-functional dialogue on complex topics, and preparing project closure documents to adequately transition new functionality to operations. Some of your responsibilities will include: - Participating in IT projects to define business requirements - Assessing and mitigating project risks - Articulating the vision and purpose for changes in a meaningful way - Serving as the accountable representative from the Transition Fill team - Being responsible for the successful deployment of projects into operations - Assisting in the design of project testing and validation to ensure results of projects meet expectations In addition, your ability to assess accuracy of claims adjudication processes and benefit setup will be essential in this role. As part of the Transitional Fill Department you will be part of a creative and aggressive initiative aimed at transforming health care and pharmacy incorporating new information technologies and channels. We are looking for someone that has drive and can work cohesively with their colleagues. **This is a work from home role and can be located anywhere in the US** Required Qualifications Required Qualifications * 5 + years of Pharmacy Benefit Management, Medicare Part D or Medicaid experience * 1 + years of experience using the RxClaim system * 2+ years Project Management or Business Analyst experience * Minimal Travel may be required for business support Preferred Qualifications * Experience writing business requirements and/or configuring benefits * Expertise with MS Visio, Project, and SharePoint * Experience with RX Claims is strongly preferred * PMP Certification Education * Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future. POSITION SUMMARY The Pharmacy Technician, Prior Authorization takes in-bound calls from providers, pharmacies, members, etc. providing professional and courteous phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of reviews. Transfers all clinical questions, escalations and judgement calls to the pharmacist team. The Tech I will also assist with other duties as needed to include but not limited to: outbound calls, reviewing and processing Prior Auth’s received via fax and ePA, monitoring and responding to inquiries via department mailboxes and other duties as assigned by the leadership team. Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: - Effectively manage work volume by handling inbound calls/fax/ePA requests utilizing appropriate courteous and professional behavior based upon established standards. - Comply with departmental, company, state, and federal requirements when processing all information to ensure accuracy of information being provided to internal and external customers. - Communication with other internal groups regarding determination status and results (seniors, pharmacists, appeals, etc). - Identify and elevate clinical inquiries to the pharmacist team as appropriate. - Other duties assigned, for example faxes, sorting, email boxes, CAS maintenance, etc. Required Qualifications - Able to apply basic computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and Word required; Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio preferable. Keyboard skills essential. - Basic pharmaceutical knowledge pertaining to terminology, calculations, and protocols. Job Profile Summary CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Compute Engineering to lead Virtual Workspace Services Operations, responsible for day-to-day production operations, escalations, monitoring, and service delivery across our enterprise virtual workspace platforms. This leader will oversee a blended operating model with 25+ offshore resources and several internal FTEs, and will be accountable for staff augmentation partner performance, operational rigor, and reliable outcomes in a high-volume environment. The role focuses on execution, stability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement (runbooks, metrics, automation), partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to restore service quickly and prevent recurrence. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership - Lead daily operations for virtual workspace services, ensuring stable execution of monitoring, alert response, and ticket queues. - Own operational execution for high-volume requests and support work, including provisioning workflows and manual remediation when automation fails. Incident / Escalation Management - Serve as the operational leader for escalations, coordinating triage and restoration across internal teams and vendor resources; drive disciplined updates and stakeholder communications through incident lifecycle. - Partner with engineering on root cause follow-ups and operational prevention actions (runbook improvements, monitoring gaps, repeat-incident reduction).
