We are building the next generation of intelligence platforms powered by domain expert talent, enabling high-quality data collection, annotation, and RLHF analytics at scale. Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Sr. UX/UI designer to lead the redesign of our user onboarding and cross-platform experience across both mobile and web applications. This role will focus on creating a seamless, consistent, and intuitive workflow across platforms while improving usability, engagement, and overall user satisfaction. You will leverage AI-assisted design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, implementable design specifications. Key Responsibilities: User experience & Interaction Design - Redesign and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience for different mobile and web user persons. - Create intuitive cross-platform workflows that are consistent and unified. - Conduct user journey mapping, interaction modeling, and usability improvements. AI-Assisted Design and Prototyping - Use AI-assisted tools (e.g. Fima AI, Uizard, Galileo, or similar) for - Rapid wireframes and prototypes - Exploratory design options - Automate UI variants and ideation - Integrate AI workflows into the design process to increase speed and efficiency Design Specification & Engineering Collaboration - Deliver clear, detailed design specs and assets for engineering implementation - Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure accurate execution - Validation design feasibility, provide responsive/mobile variants, and support QA during implementation Research and Testing - Condust user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions - Analyze user behavior, onboarding metrics, and workflow performance Qualifications: - 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications - Experience with designing B2B and B2C Sass platforms - Strong portfolio demonstrating onboarding, workflow, and cross-platform design - Proficiency with Figma and modern AI-powered design tools - Experience designing for integrated systems, multi-step workflows, or complex products - Experience designing dashboards or workflow-driven applications - Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design - Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive layouts - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate design into technical specs - Experience collaborating with engineering reams in agile environments Salary: $100k Centific is an equal-opportunity employer.
