What skills and experience do I need? We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of how technology supports business operations and who can identify a range of feasible solutions to business challenges. Strong stakeholder relationships are key, with the ability to build trust, influence decisions and provide constructive challenge. Strong technical configuration skills will be needed; and hands-on experience of our Ophthalmology Clinical Solution, Open Eyes and our Patient Administration System, Care Pathway Manager (CPM), would be a distinct advantage.
