Role Description Seven Starling is revolutionizing women's mental healthcare, and we're looking for an Enrollment Specialist to help scale our world-class clinical team during a period of tremendous growth. You will own the full enrollment and credentialing cycle for psychotherapists (LCSWs, LPCs, Psy.D, etc.), psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), and physicians. Joining our small but mighty Network Access team and reporting to the Network Access Manager, you'll have the opportunity to scale our credentialing and enrollment function while making a significant impact on women's mental healthcare. This isn't just another enrollment specialist role – you'll be a key player to support a rapidly growing clinical team that's transforming how women access mental health support. You'll help evolve our strategies, implement new processes, and have a direct impact on thousands of women's lives through the providers you credential and enroll. What you’ll do - Submit accurate enrollment applications to multiple public and private payers across Commercial and Medicaid plans - Manage enrollments across multiple states and provider types, ensuring timely follow-up for enrollments that have not yet been approved - Utilize Salesforce for enrollment management and tracking - Maintain up-to-date provider information in CAQH and other relevant databases - Resolve enrollment discrepancies and support claims disputes with the Revenue Cycle Management team - Prepare and organize enrollment metrics and provider data using Google Sheets and Salesforce - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external payer contacts - Develop and improve enrollment workflows using best practices - Generate and submit rosters as requested by various payers to remain compliant Qualifications - 3+ years of credentialing and enrollment experience in behavioral health - NAMSS enrollment certification a plus! - Proven experience successfully enrolling providers with Commercial and Medicaid plans - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Google Suite - Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools (preferred) Requirements - Full time position - Salary: $65,000 - Remote Benefits - Competitive paid time off - Competitive parental leave policy - One-time stipend to enhance your work from home experience - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401K - Bereavement leave, including for miscarriage and pregnancy loss - Annual stipend for your choice of wellness benefits - Annual professional development stipend - Virtual team events Company Description Seven Starling is a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services supporting every stage of motherhood. Role Description Accurately codes and abstracts outpatient medical records for reimbursement and statistical purposes using established coding guidelines.
