Senior Corporate Strategy Manager

Role Description The Sr. Corporate Strategy Manager will play a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role throughout the organization. This position will be responsible for enabling and supporting cross-functional teams while overseeing critical enterprise-wide projects, including a significant leadership role in tariff mitigation planning. Given current business conditions, RealTruck has a large and complex tariff strategy demanding dedicated support from the Sr. Corporate Strategy Manager. This position requires an individual with consulting or corporate strategy experience, to ensure deep familiarity with long-term strategic initiatives, the capability to work cross-functionally, and the ability to drive decision-making from ambiguous data sets. This role will require exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage and execute complex, cross-functional projects across various departments, including finance, procurement, operations, and commercial functions. The Sr. Manager will be deeply involved in the day-to-day execution of these initiatives, working closely with teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes across all business functions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required, Master’s degree preferred. - 7-9 years of related experience and management required; experience in automotive segment preferred. - Experience from top tier Management Consulting firm is preferred. - Strong project management skills with a track record of leading large-scale, complex initiatives. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically and drive execution. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Expertise in data modeling and financial forecasting. - Strategic thinking and business acumen. - Expertise in market analysis and competitive intelligence. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Strong knowledge of the due diligence process. - Effective communication skills with Executive Leadership Teams (ELT).
