You will streamline the inventory processes, ensuring invoicing is done on time, and smooth running of the warehouse management system (WMS). KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Receive, verify accuracy, and process customer purchase orders in WMS - Prepare orders and inform customer of shipping date and any possible delays - Point of contact with warehouse supervisor and staff - Coordinate with Supply Chain on order fulfillment timelines - Coordinate with the warehouse on order flow and capacities - Prepare documents such as bill of Lading and invoice for outbound shipments - Schedule transportation with carriers based on warehouse dock capacity for outbound shipments - Request quotes from carriers to determine the best rates - Review and approve freight bills for processing payments - Maintain accurate and updated records of orders and communicates with customers on order status - Document and reviews customer complaints - Support or lead specific Supply Chain projects as required - Initial contact for existing clients - Supervisor and assign work of Data Entry Clerks - Perform other related duties as assigned by management. - Adhere to established policies and procedures.
