Role Description We are looking for Senior Software Engineers with a passion for cloud technology and building highly scalable software solutions. This role is pivotal in driving Hudl’s mission forward, offering ample opportunities to learn and make a significant impact on our loyal and vocal customer base. - Be a key technical leader. You’ll support the team by breaking down complex engineering problems, advocating for best practices, and guiding others. - Maintain efficiency. Ensure your team delivers high-impact work efficiently, empowering them to make data-driven decisions and iterate quickly on feedback. - Collaborate across disciplines. Work closely with leaders from various disciplines to plan and deliver enhancements across our product suite. - Champion Agile practices. Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, playing a significant role in maintaining a strong team culture. For this role, we're currently prioritizing applicants who live within commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, but we’re open to remote applicants who live in the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NH, NC, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WY. Qualifications - Strong technical proficiency in full-stack engineering and cloud-based systems/services. - Technical coaching experience with the ability to translate requirements and guide other Engineers. - A collaborative, team-first mindset. - Mentor mentality with a focus on the growth of those around you. Requirements - Professional background in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB, and AWS. - Experience in sports technology for a high-level college or professional American football team, or playing the sport at those levels. - Familiarity with hybrid teams. Compensation The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
