Role Description We are looking for a Member Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the execution of member engagement, onboarding, and retention marketing programs that drive meaningful patient outcomes. This will be a full-time opportunity, reporting to the Senior Manager, Member Marketing, while working closely with Client Success, Product, Clinical, and Operations teams. Ideally, this individual will be based in Boston and work from our office Tuesday - Thursday, but we are open to considering remote candidates. - Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives across all clients, ensuring timely and effective communication. - Develop and organize marketing materials for new client onboarding, including communication plans, presentations, and program launch assets. - Plan, schedule, and coordinate client-facing webinars; manage logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up. Assist in creating each presentation, ensuring client details and Form Health branding are accurate. - Build and maintain client-specific landing pages to support program enrollment. - Work closely with our clinical experts to support the development of quarterly flyers, topical webinars, and educational materials. - Organize, prioritize, and track multiple ongoing client communication projects; ensure timelines and deliverables are met. - Partner with Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing initiatives. - Join client discussions as needed and speak confidently about our program, resources, and engagement approach. - Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail), including campaign setup, segmentation, and deployment. - Analyze campaign performance metrics and share actionable insights to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and engagement outcomes. - Track and report on key member engagement KPIs, contributing to measurement frameworks that demonstrate the impact of marketing on patient activation and retention. - Ensure all patient communications adhere to HIPAA and healthcare compliance guidelines. Qualifications - 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or health-tech. - Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive). - Ability to articulate program components and communicate recommendations clearly during client meetings. - Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple deadlines. - A creative eye - comfortable editing copy, shaping layouts, or enhancing visual assets. - Familiarity with or willingness to learn new platforms and tools to streamline workflow (e.g., webinar platforms, CMS tools, design software). - Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working in a cross-functional environment, paired with the ability to work independently and figure things out. - A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to daily tasks. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and translate insights into optimized strategies. - Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels. - Commitment to putting the patient/member experience at the center of all marketing decisions. - Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient privacy (HIPAA) preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
