Job Description

Product Marketing Associate

Chainalysis

At Chainalysis, our mission is to build trust in blockchains. To do that, we need to translate complex technical capabilities into human stories that resonate with investigators, compliance officers, and financial institutions. As a Product Marketing Associate, you will be the bridge between our Product team’s innovations and our customers’ needs. You aren’t just looking for someone to list features; you are a storyteller who can craft a "product-to-customer" narrative that explains not just what we built, but why it matters to the safety of the cryptocurrency ecosystem. You will own the messaging for key segments, ensuring our sales team is armed with the right positioning and our customers understand the value of our platform. What You’ll Do - Craft the Narrative: Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Chainalysis products in a crowded market. You’ll turn technical specs into value-driven stories. - Enable the Field: Create high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and talk tracks) that help our Account Executives and Customer Success teams win. - Content Collaboration: Partner with the broader Marketing team to fuel demand generation campaigns with content that drives top-of-funnel interest and mid-funnel conversion. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to Product Management, providing feedback from the field to help shape the product roadmap. What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within SaaS, Fintech, or Cybersecurity. - A Storyteller First: You have a proven ability to create "product-to-customer" narratives. You can take a complex technical update and explain how it solves a specific user's problem. - Execution Powerhouse: You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, from small feature updates to major platform launches. - Analytical Mindset: You use data to back up your narrative. You’re comfortable looking at win/loss data, usage metrics, and market trends to inform your strategy. - Crypto Curiosity: You don’t need to be a blockchain expert on day one, but you must have a deep desire to learn the nuances of the crypto-economy and the regulatory landscape. - Exceptional Communication: Whether it’s a 10-word headline or a 10-page white paper, your writing is clear, concise, and persuasive. Nice to Have - Experience in a high-growth startup environment. - Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Highspot, or Gong. - Knowledge of the public sector (government/law enforcement) or financial compliance industries. About Chainalysis Blockchain technology is powering a growing wave of innovation. Businesses and governments around the world are using blockchains to make banking more efficient, connect with their customers, and investigate criminal cases. As adoption of blockchain technology grows, more and more organizations seek access to all this ecosystem has to offer. That’s where Chainalysis comes in. We provide complete knowledge of what’s happening on blockchains through our data, services, and solutions. With Chainalysis, organizations can navigate blockchains safely and with confidence. You belong here. At Chainalysis, we believe that diversity of experience and thought makes us stronger. With both customers and employees around the world, we are committed to ensuring our team reflects the unique communities around us. We’re ensuring we keep learning by committing to continually revisit and reevaluate our diversity culture. We encourage applicants across any race, ethnicity, gender/gender expression, age, spirituality, ability, experience and more. If you need any accommodations to make our interview process more accessible to you due to a disability, don't hesitate to let us know. You can learn more here. We can’t wait to meet you.
