A Day in the Life • Assist in the development of communication products and tactics supporting outreach, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies for the WTC Health Program. • Help update and organize communication products and resources used by staff and partners. • Collaborate with teams to ensure communication content is accurate, consistent, and compliant with federal guidelines. • Draft, edit, and format communication materials such as letters, memos, emails, scripts, and training resources. • Support collection and organization of feedback from Program members, providers, and other stakeholders to improve communication products and processes. • Assist with content review to support compliance with plain language, HIPAA, and Section 508 accessibility standards. • Monitor communication effectiveness by collecting and organizing data to inform improvements. • Contribute to internal communication content for portals and intranet spaces.
