Employment Type: Salaried Work Arrangement: Remote Position Summary: The Learning & Development Technology Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the technology ecosystem that enables frontline and operational workforce learning. This roles ensures that learning platforms, tools, data, and integrations drive measureable performance outcomes across operations. This role is responsible for bridging Manufacturing, HR/L&D, IT and Data teams to ensure learning technology supports productivity, safety, compliance, and workforce capability at scale. Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the Operations L&D technology roadmap, delivering scalable, future‑ready learning solutions for frontline teams. - Evaluate, implement, integrate, and optimize learning platforms (e.g., POKA, Alchemy, Vector, VEED) aligned with business needs and enterprise architecture standards. - Configure learning systems to support onboarding, certifications, cross‑training, upskilling, and multilingual delivery. - Partner with Operations leaders to translate business challenges into effective, technology‑enabled learning solutions. - Collaborate with Operations Training Execution teams to ensure learning systems and programs meet execution and quality standards. - Manage learning technology vendors, contracts, service performance, and system upgrades. - Drive seamless integrations with LMS, HRIS, and operational performance systems to improve workflows and data visibility. - Build dashboards and analytics that connect learning outcomes to operational KPIs such as productivity, safety, quality, and retention. - Monitor adoption, completion rates, credential tracking, compliance risk, and workforce readiness. - Use data and insights to identify capability gaps, forecast future needs, and inform workforce planning. - Automate reporting, compliance tracking, training assignments, certifications, and renewals to improve efficiency. - Lead change management efforts, including testing, communication, rollout, training, and adoption across leaders, managers, and frontline teams. - Stay current on emerging learning technologies, benchmark against industry best practices, pilot new solutions, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - This role requires approximately 10% travel. Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred - 5+ years of experience in L&D Technology, HRIS, or enterprise systems management required - Hands on experience with LMS/ LXP administration and implementation preferred - Experience working with Manufacturing or field based operations preferred - Strong understanding and experience with systems integrations and data analytics required - Vendor management and budget oversight experience required - Demonstrated project management skills required Knowledge and Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.  MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Education AND - Five (5) years of successful teacher experience OR - Equivalent combination of education and experience - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time - Ability to pass required background check DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in designing and delivering quality professional development for administrators and teachers - Previous coaching or leadership experience - Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum frameworks, and standards. - Experience in research-based instructional practices for learning - Strong presentation, facilitation, and organization skills - Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.); Web conferencing tools, Web proficiency. - Master’s degree in Education, Instruction, or Leadership - Interpersonal skills to create collaborative and collegial relationships with teachers and school leaders - Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. - We anticipate the salary range to be $45,000-$50,000. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.
