Overview The Market Manager will work as part of a team while recruiting various vendors to complete orders as well as counseling them with production issues as needed. Responds to and satisfies issues in a timely, consistent manner and ensures accurate resolution. A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… · Monitor market capacity and availability to support company volume of work assignments · Strategically recruit new vendors to support daily capacity and availability goals · Oversight of select group of vendors within specified region · Conduct regular coaching and counseling to vendors to ensure they are meeting ServiceLink standards · Open order management of again orders open for specified markets and vendors as assigned · Management of performance standards of vendors using scorecards for quality and turn around · Point of escalation for Vendors WHO YOU ARE You possess … · The ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with vendors and internal staff. · Understanding of property preservation, home repair, general contracting · Knowledge of capacity management and recruiting strategy Responsibilities . Open Order Management – goal driven based on market and performance to SLA’s. · Unassigned work order oversight · Vendor Scorecard discussions with Vendors · Manage Quality expectations based on feedback, Work Not Performed %, and QC Reject monitoring · Identify gaps in coverage and opportunities for growth and recruit as nessessary · Create Remediation/Performance Improvement plans and provide to Network Administration Team for tracking · Manage any prepayment requests and payouts through completion of work · Assist with acclimating newly onboarded vendors into region ( monitor performance, set up for success) · Report weekly updates as determined by management · Attend monthly team meeting, weekly staff meetings, and regularly schedule vendor specific meetings. · Quality assurance including on site asset reviews · Assistance with escalated orders and projects as needed · Escalations from vendors on payment issues after initial disputes ( point of escalation) · Other Duties as assigned by management Qualifications . High School diploma or equivalent required. · Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office software. · Strong ability to build consensus and influence others. · Effective in a fast paced environment, enjoys working in teams, and is self-motivated. · Ability to work on/manage multiple projects concurrently. · Ability to identify and resolve problems, and analyze data and issues.

About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Sr. Manager to help build out and manage end-to-end execution of complex deals and streamlined approval processes within our Americas and Enterprise business segment. You will guide and establish a deal strategy, invent and simplify deal process and workflow, and get your hands dirty as a subject matter expert providing outstanding customer service and thought leadership to Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, line of business managers and other stakeholders across the go-to-market organization. You will provide agreement structuring and guidance and prepare tailored contractual packages for customers. You will contribute to scalability and efficiency gains in internal processes that impact the overall customer experience and contribute to the company’s overall Sales and Customer Success strategy. What You'll Do: - Serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to the sales organization and support functions to facilitate deal composition and approvals, including exception escalation and management, historical account overview, pre-sales objection handling, and account management support - Make quantitative and qualitative recommendations to executive management on deal structures and approvals - Serve as a subject matter expert to ensure timely and accurate deal execution throughout the sales cycle, including evaluating discounts and approval policies and all revenue recognition rules adherence. - Serve as the deal’s internal quarterback, working to resolve open items related to terms and condition issues that impact our stakeholders, and topics related to order processing and management - Optimize and manage a continuous deal pipeline by ensuring Sales follows Deal Desk guidelines and continuously revise Deal Desk processes to streamline the sales experience - Develop a holistic understanding of the various components of Motive’s business and be able to apply the multidisciplinary thinking to all your analysis and execution What We're Looking For: - 5+ years of Deal Desk/operations experience in high-growth technology companies in go-to-market functions like sales, marketing, customer success, and operations - Experience working with Enterprise and various segments across a sales organization - Expert in Salesforce required; experience in Tableau a plus - Strong Communicator. Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills. - Able to work in ambiguous environments under tight and unpredictable timelines - Ability to navigate through large companies and build and nurture relationships with all kinds of leaders and teams - Ability to work with a Pacific Time (PT) overlap, with a strong preference for candidates residing in the PT time zone.
