This person will be responsible for integrating various SaaS providers with SSO and API solutions, building automation workflows, reducing time to resolution with deep problem solving and technical experience, architecting and implementing IT solutions. In addition, as AI becomes increasingly vital to the company, guiding the implementation and integration of these systems is becoming more important. What you’ll do: - Provide Tier III troubleshooting support - Advise stakeholders on technical direction for IT services and solutions - Partner with Security to implement best practices and remediate any gaps - Integrate various best of breed SaaS products for a seamless user experience - Automate all IT processes from hardware acquisition, user provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and any other manual process - Help guide the implementation and integration of AI workflows within the company. - Work independently and collaboratively on long term projects that support business objectives. What you have: - 7+ years of experience as an IT Systems Engineer - Experience scripting against REST and other common API protocols - At least 3 years of managing cloud based SaaS tools and products - Ability to define risks both in technical and non-technical terms with business-relevant language - Strong experience with the ability to architect and implement automation strategies - A positive attitude and a great customer experience mindset - Experience with managing devices in an MDM environment - Experience managing SSO applications in an IdP - Experience building system integrations using documented APIs - Experience with team-based GitHub collaboration and GitOps workflows - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical groups What makes you stand out: - Linux workstation administration - Extensive experience integrating IdP/SSO/SCIM SaaS applications - Experience with GCP IAM - Experience with Linear project management - Experience with GraphQL API - Experience with deploying scripts using Python, Bash or Go - System administration experience in Jamf, JumpCloud or Google Workspace Administration - Possession of an intermediate or professional-level IT or Security certification. - Experience deploying AI agents in a corporate environment - Experience collaborating with a compliance team to translate SOC2, PCI, and other compliance requirements into scalable IT workflows Where you’ll live: While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from the South East in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates who are open to periodic travel. #LI-Remote Working at PrizePicks:The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000.
