Primavera Project Scheduler

Leidos is seeking a Primavera Project Scheduler to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team supporting the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Headquarters in Washington D.C. This is a virtual position and the candidate may live anywhere within the United States. Telework is 100% with business travel estimated at to 5% – 10%. Primary Responsibilities The candidate is responsible for assisting the customer with strategic and tactical planning, monitoring, and evaluating progress, and providing advice and support. The candidate shall possess strong organizational skills to help monitor multiple tasks, organize the workflow, and designing processes to achieve established goals. Over time, the candidate will become more involved with other AJW-242 programs. Update Primavera schedule to reflect current and expected project activities and milestones. Participate in all program activities and provide recommendations. Help ensure all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. Interface with functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel. Research, gather, and analyze complex data to develop reports, prepare dashboards, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements in all phases of program management. Classify and summarize data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis. Provide support in developing, updating, and analyzing project database tracking programs. Create specialized reports for analysis of financial status, project prioritization, and schedule establishment. Assist with the planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources for the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. 5-years of professional experience with scheduling and project management. - Prior experience with scheduling and resource programs, specifically Primavera P6. - Working knowledge and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint. Job Requirements
