Principal – Policy, Analytics

• Apply sophisticated analytics to real‑world healthcare policy questions • Operate at the intersection of policy expertise, quantitative analysis, and strategic advisory • Help clients understand how policy changes shape markets, payer behavior, and patient access • Serve as the senior engagement lead and primary client contact • Lead executive‑level discussions and present analytic insights to C‑suite and senior leaders • Grow business by identifying opportunities where analytics can deepen policy insight • Lead responses to RFPs and shape new work spanning policy analysis, quantitative modeling, and integrated advisory engagements
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare policy, analytics, consulting, or related advisory roles
- Robust understanding of U.S. and global healthcare market dynamics regarding policy changes
- Deep understanding of government payer dynamics (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid)
- Demonstrated experience developing and overseeing quantitative models and analyses
- Proven success in senior, client‑facing roles with commercial accountability
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills
- Ability to bridge policy logic and quantitative insight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Business development, project management and technical lead for air quality projects related to emissions quantification and studies, carbon and climate change programs, environmental impact assessments, regulatory analysis and permitting, and compliance solutions. • Maintain high visibility in the marketplace through regular client contact, participation in client-based professional organizations, and attendance and presentations at industry events. • Technical leader for air quality matters regulatory analyses as driven by the Clean Air Act, as well as state and local regulations and evolving GHG regulations and reporting programs. • Provide consulting services for air permitting (such as NSR, PSD, Title V, GHG, EPCRA and state-level pre-construction and operating permits), and air quality impact assessments involving dispersion modeling and health risk assessment. • Assist in the development and planning of new and modified facilities, as well as providing integrated consulting, environmental, design and construction support for some of the largest projects in the U.S. • Manage projects and staff, including providing technical leadership and oversight, risk management, and mentoring. • Work closely with staff across North America.
