The Senior Client Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies pertaining to account retention and growth. Primary Responsibilities - Act as the Primary Point of Contact for a Defined Book of Business - Provide Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize the Value of the EAP and/or Wellness Program(s) - Maintain (and Potentially Grow) the Business Relationship with Current Clients - Manage All Aspects of Program Performance - Internally and Externally - Partner with Client Plan Sponsor(s) to Deliver a Culturally-Relevant Engagement Strategy for CuraLinc's Program(s) - Coordinate CuraLinc's EAP and Behavioral Health Services with a Client's Other Benefit Plan Components - Develop and Maintain an Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape - Represent CuraLinc at Client Presentations, Health Fairs and Other Events Required/Minimum Qualifications - Four or More Years of Business-to-Business Account Management Experience - Healthcare, Employee Benefits or Insurance Account Management Experience is Preferred (EAP, PBM, UM, Wellness, TPA, Carrier, Broker, etc.) - Bachelor's Degree - Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Effective Speaking and Communication Skills This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
