• Help other teams at Netflix understand outcomes of changes before deploying to production • Build confidence that services perform as expected with changes • Provide early insights into unintended consequences such as increased error rates or latency • Work on expanding canary approaches for new use cases and scaling chaos testing • Drive ideation, design, development, and implementation of solutions
