• Design and maintain core infrastructure systems: domains, TLS, caching, proxying, load and geo balancing • Own and evolve the authentication system, including 2FA, SSO, and related security flows • Maintain and improve billing integrations • Develop and support the mailer system and internal tooling (including browser extensions) • Take ownership of our bundling pipeline, including custom plugins and build tooling • Work on SSR and isomorphic rendering with Solid.js • Support observability infrastructure (using OpenTelemetry stack) • Implement and improve image/video processing pipelines and project export features.

• Contribute to full-stack development, owning features across the stack using React and Next.js, with a strong focus on architecture and complex business logic. • Dive deep into complex domain logic, third-party integrations, and performance challenges across the stack. • Take ownership, make architectural decisions, and influence how our platform evolves end-to-end. • Design clean, well-documented APIs and collaborate closely with frontend engineers using React / Next.js. • Optimize application performance, security, and infrastructure reliability. • Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features. • Mentor other engineers, delegate tasks, and help grow a strong, senior-level engineering team. • Improve development processes, code quality, and engineering standards across the platform.

• Develop clean, maintainable, and well‑architected code across PHP and Java services, adhering to industry best practices and internal coding standards. • Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs that power product features, internal tools, and integrations with external systems. • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback that promotes code quality, performance, and knowledge sharing across the team. • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments, performing root‑cause analysis and delivering reliable, timely fixes. • Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code) to accelerate implementation while upholding rigorous quality and maintainability standards. • Validate and refine AI‑generated code through manual review, testing, and performance evaluation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and long‑term sustainability. • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders—including product managers, QA engineers, and non‑technical partners—to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Contribute to technical documentation, including system design notes, API specifications, architectural diagrams, and internal engineering guides. • Participate in Agile development workflows, helping to estimate, plan, and deliver features as part of iterative sprint cycles.

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React and TypeScript for clinician-facing CDS applications • Build and maintain backend services primarily in Kotlin, within a polyglot environment that also includes Python and Spring Boot • Integrate with FHIR APIs and support SMART on FHIR and CDS Hooks implementations • Ensure frontend interfaces meet WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 accessibility standards • Collaborate with the Technical Lead on architecture decisions and engineering best practices • Support AWS infrastructure and cloud-native deployment patterns • Write clean, well-documented code with an eye toward maintainability and performance
