• Design, build, and maintain automations that improve operational efficiency across various teams • Develop and maintain workflows in n8n, integrating with tools like Zendesk CRMs, internal services, and 3rd-party APIs • Build custom logic and integrations using JavaScript and PHP (Laravel) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Support, Product, Engineering) to gather requirements and implement process automations • Monitor, debug, and optimize automation flows for performance, reliability, and scalability • Maintain clean documentation of workflows, APIs, and automation logic • Contribute to the technical architecture of our automation ecosystem • Participate in code reviews and uphold coding best practices

• Take ownership and lead all CRO-related activities, improving processes and infrastructure • Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies focused on boosting performance across all digital channels • Continuously benchmark A/B testing results and implement iterative improvements • Conduct deep user behavior analysis using data, heatmaps, session recordings, and other research tools • Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance user journeys and optimize conversion paths • Manage a structured A/B testing roadmap, aligning with company-wide strategies and growth priorities • Create and optimize funnels and landing pages to maximize user acquisition and retention • Ensure seamless collaboration within cross-functional teams and maintain productive partnerships with stakeholders • Use tools like Google Analytics, VWO, Hotjar, and others to dig into performance insights and uncover high-impact opportunities

• Identify, investigate and solve data issues: data quality, data discrepancies, missing data • Contribute to the development and improvement of data solutions • Optimize and develop our data infrastructure • Employ GCP tools (dbt, Airflow and Looker) to enhance data quality, efficiency, and delivery of accurate and timely data • Communicate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and structured manner

• Contribute to full-stack development, owning features across the stack using React and Next.js, with a strong focus on architecture and complex business logic. • Dive deep into complex domain logic, third-party integrations, and performance challenges across the stack. • Take ownership, make architectural decisions, and influence how our platform evolves end-to-end. • Design clean, well-documented APIs and collaborate closely with frontend engineers using React / Next.js. • Optimize application performance, security, and infrastructure reliability. • Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features. • Mentor other engineers, delegate tasks, and help grow a strong, senior-level engineering team. • Improve development processes, code quality, and engineering standards across the platform.
