• Own features end-to-end, from early exploration through specs and production handoff; • Use Readymag as your primary lens: spot friction, notice inconsistencies, and advocate for improvements as someone who works with the product daily; • Prototype ideas quickly: in Figma, in code, or whatever gets the point across fastest; • Collaborate with engineers on technical and architectural decisions; • Contribute to and extend the design system, keeping it tightly aligned with how things are built in code; • Work with data, run experiments, and use research to make informed decisions; • Contribute to strategic direction and roadmap alongside product and design leadership.

• Own product analytics infrastructure in Amplitude and BigQuery: maintain data consistency, quality, and coverage, and use it yourself as a primary tool for discovery, not just as a reporting layer; • Think in funnels, retention, cohorts, and activation. Spot anomalies in onboarding and in-product behavior, form hypotheses, and drive investigations through to clear conclusions; • Design and run A/B tests end-to-end: framing the question, calculating sample sizes, monitoring, and interpreting results with statistical rigor; • Write SQL in BigQuery to explore data, validate quality, and answer complex ad-hoc questions; • Build dashboards and reports, and actively use them in your own work to surface findings, generate hypotheses, and share insights with the team proactively; • Translate findings into clear, actionable conclusions for product and growth teams; • Work closely with a second analyst, developers, and data engineers to keep tracking consistent across the funnel, and define instrumentation requirements when gaps appear; • Help shape the analytics infrastructure as we migrate from Amplitude toward a full data warehouse setup.
