The Principal Solutions Strategist will be responsible for the design, development, and commercial ownership of Acxiom's enterprise solution portfolio. This role translates Acxiom's underlying capabilities in identity, data, and enrichment into repeatable, packaged solutions that deliver measurable client outcomes. The ideal candidate will be able to operate at the intersection of strategy, product, and go-to-market to close the gap between what Acxiom can do and what the market can buy. They will also have the ability to interpret client discussions to identify the core business need, build solution prototypes and architectures, and collaborate with Product, Delivery, Services, and Platform Integrations teams to ensure each solution is clearly defined and can be sold, delivered, and scaled across both Acxiom and Omnicom. Duties and Responsibilities Solution Development & Strategy - Leads client discussions, discovery sessions, and market signals to identify core business needs, then translates those needs into solution prototypes and architectures that Acxiom and Omnicom can sell and deliver at scale. - Evaluates new solution opportunities to determine whether they represent net-new builds, configurations of existing solutions, or enhancements to current offerings with the goal of minimizing duplication. - Takes new solutions from concept commercial readiness by packaging Acxiom's identity, data, and enrichment capabilities into defined offerings with clear scope, delivery methodology, and pricing. - Drives solution with clients as the expert and builds delivery playbooks, enablement assets, and composable templates so the broader organization can deliver consistently. - Shapes how Acxiom's solution portfolio is defined, categorized, and communicated. Establishes shared language across sales, product, and delivery so that what the organization builds lines up with what the market buys. Cross-Organizational Collaboration - Works across Product, Delivery, Services, and Platform Integrations teams to confirm that solution designs are technically and commercially feasible, operationally deliverable, and viable before they go to market. - Defines clear swim lanes when solutions cross organizational boundaries, particularly with Omnicom agencies. - Acts as the architecture authority for solutions that have been handed over to delivery teams. Maintains oversight on evolution and versioning while day-to-day execution transfers. Go-to-Market & Field Enablement - Collaborates with Marketing to turns the solution portfolio into field-ready materials: outcome-based positioning, competitive differentiation, and use-case narratives that sales teams can deliver without deep technical support. - Collaborates with sales and account management to pressure-test solution positioning against real client conversations. - Keeps the solution portfolio current with partner ecosystem developments (Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, Adobe, Google, etc.) and evolves accelerators and integration frameworks as platforms change. Market & Industry Intelligence - Tracks emerging technologies, competitive shifts, and industry trends to identify where new solutions or solution extensions are needed. Focus should be on practical applicability to Acxiom's identity-centric positioning, not trend-chasing. - Documents and shares solution best practices, case studies, and lessons learned across the enterprise. Folds delivery feedback into solution design to improve repeatability and margin over time. Mindset Curiosity - Naturally asks "why" and "what if." Digs into client problems, technical capabilities, and market shifts because you want to understand how things actually work, not just enough to get through the meeting. - Brings questions and observations to the team that others might not think to ask. Ambiguity to Structure - Energized by taking undefined, messy problems and turning them into clearly defined, packaged offerings. - You're not the person who needs a brief handed to you. You hear a vague client need or an internal gap and start shaping it into something the organization can build and sell. Growth Mindset - Not satisfied with the status quo and actively seeks out new tools, techniques, and approaches. - Able to take feedback from delivery, sales, and clients and uses it to get better, not just to update a document. Qualifications Required - Minimum of 5 years of related experience within the Ad Tech, Martech, Identity space - Demonstrated experience designing, prototyping, and scaling data, identity, or martech solutions, not just configuring or implementing them. - Ability to interpret client conversations and discovery sessions, identify core business needs, and translate them into solution architectures. - Track record of building repeatable solution frameworks that scale beyond individual client engagements. - Hands on experience working with AI tools (e.g., large language models, copilots, automation platforms) as part of everyday work to accelerate solution design, research, content development, and analysis. - Familiarity with partner ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, Adobe, GCP) and how identity and data solutions plug into those platforms. - Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise. Preferred - Experience working within a holding company or multi-agency structure where cross-organizational coordination and swim lane definition are part of the job. - Prior experience in solution support, sales, or marketing roles. - Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and determining accuracy, relevance, and fit before incorporating it into client-facing or internal deliverables. - Experience with Acxiom products, solutions, or services Any reference to years of experience should be disregarded in the UK Primary Location City/State: Homebased - Conway, Arkansas Additional Locations (if applicable): Acxiom is an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status (EOE/Vet/Disabled) and does not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion or other employment of associates or the awarding of subcontracts because of a person's race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, protected veteran, military status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics or other protected status.
