About the Role: As a Client Manager, you’ll be responsible for achieving annual sales targets by retaining and expanding our InterAction product portfolio across a diverse client base. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, managing renewals, and driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Success in this role means consistently meeting performance goals, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and delivering value to our clients through tailored account strategies. Responsibilities: · Growing pipeline through active account management and executing a strategic account plan with the client · Managing complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through close · Creating targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services · Developing and tracking pipeline within assigned accounts utilizing CRM and reporting weekly forecast and opportunity progression · Working with clients and internal partners through issue resolution to drive customer satisfaction · Representing product portfolio through speaking engagements, industry events and trade shows Requirements: · Have a technical aptitude with computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM applications · Have excellent organizational and time management skills · Demonstrate an ability to work in a team selling environment · Display functional knowledge of negotiation process · Have a solid understanding of solution selling value proposition · Have solid interpersonal and presentation skills to partner and collaborate across teams · Display proven experience generating new business sales · Have a Bachelor's degree Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Ohio $62,300 - $103,700. Total Target Cash Range: $95,900 - $159,800. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter. If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $74,074 - $118,326, the total target cash range is $113,960 - $182,040.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $109,200, Total Target Cash Range: $100,900 - $168,200.
