The role works within our Finance & Reimbursement team to analyze healthcare and financial datasets, create reports, and support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will contribute to meaningful projects, and cross-collaborate within your team and across different groups at Kodiak Solutions such as Product, Engineering, and more. Responsibilities: - Learn to write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis. - Assist in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources. - Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Sigma. - Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into data solutions - Learn team structure and deliver assigned items in established timelines. - Gain an understanding of various product and service datasets, codebases, and business purposes. - Learn to balance and prioritize individual workload across different types of requests. - Learn compliance standards across various product areas. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields, or equivalent experience - 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role. - Min 1 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Stack (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS) - Ability to develop product knowledge in a domain area, and across product lines - Ability to work in a shifting environment while maintaining various levels of standardization and consistency - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and cross-team collaboration. - Strong communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical audiences. - Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. - Basic understanding of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. - Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Snowflake, a plus - Technology certifications, a plus Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of Python for data analysis. - Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling concepts. - Familiarity with healthcare data or financial datasets.

This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational and client-facing projects across various Health Sciences initiatives. You will work closely with project leads, technical experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities and operational processes. Job Responsibilities Project Coordination & Support - Assist in the planning and execution of Health Sciences projects, including timelines, deliverables, and resource tracking. - Support project managers with documentation, project plans, status updates, and meeting coordination. - Monitor project progress and help identify risks, delays, or operational bottlenecks. Operational Processes - Support the optimization and maintenance of operational workflows within the Health Sciences team. - Help with tracking budgets, invoices, and internal reporting requirements. - Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures. Stakeholder Collaboration - Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions across internal and external stakeholders. - Facilitate communication between scientific teams, consultants, and operational functions. Data & Documentation Management - Maintain accurate project records, dashboards, and documentation repositories. - Support quality assurance checks on deliverables and operational artifacts. - Assist with preparing presentations, client materials, and internal project summaries.
