Role Description The RealPage Systems Administrator and Trainer is responsible for the continuing education of all employees in the areas of the RealPage software, operations, and related operational procedures in alignment with the company’s business objectives. - Creates and delivers detailed technical documentation on operational processes that impact the utilization of RealPage. - Designs, develops, and customizes technology training and instructional materials following the Solidago standards. - Maintains and configures RealPage Unified Platform. - Coordinates with RealPage support teams and troubleshoots errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, and assessing the impact of issues. - Ensures site property affordable RealPage systems are running properly and full optimization of the software is utilized. - Serves as the department’s RealPage subject matter expert and assists Solidago staff with software-related support issues. - Provides documentation and technical specifications to IT staff and leadership teams for planning and implementing new RealPage features and upgrades. - Creates and facilitates RealPage training programs (virtual and instructor-led). - Collaborates with the Learning & Development department to coordinate with the Learning Management System (LMS) and meet the training requirements of Solidago. - Works in close partnership with stakeholders across the company to continuously improve the system functionality, content, and related processes. - Tracks and measures employee progress and effectiveness of training programs and new product/feature roll-out. - Develops and updates tools and reports for ongoing access to learning information; generates standard and custom reports that are best for Solidago. - Performs other duties as required. Qualifications - Minimum three (3) years of experience as a superuser of RealPage Unified Platform or a combination of education and experience. - Advanced knowledge of RealPage products and services is required. - Knowledge of affordable housing is a plus. - A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing complex multi-disciplinary processes. - Ability to meet tight deadlines and function effectively in a complex organizational environment demanding a high energy level, discretion, and flexibility. - Advanced understanding of property management required at both corporate and property levels. - Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization and to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, specializing in technical writing, documentation, and follow-up. - Excellent presentation skills. - Must be able to multi-task, and work in a high-paced and deadline-driven environment. - Flexible and capable of successfully managing change. - Detailed-oriented and skilled in completing multiple tasks within desired timelines. - Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details. - Extensive customer service experience is required. Position Overview RIVA Solutions is seeking Systems Administration specialists to provide technical engineering and operations support to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) under the NEITS program. This role directly supports NOAA’s N-Wave mission—an enterprise high-performance network connecting research centers, observational platforms, and mission operations across the nation. This role supports program analysts, program managers, and telecommunications/network engineering teams. The selected candidate will demonstrate ability to combine network knowledge with hands-on technical skills to support both projects and O&M tasks. Successful applicants are expected to possess foundational-to-intermediate technical understanding of systems administration and network engineering concepts, configure products, troubleshoot issues, and support business operations improvements. This position is ideal for someone already knowledgeable and familiar with the NEITS N-Wave project, comfortable working on a technical engineering team while being self-starter to execute operational tasks with only moderate supervision. Core Responsibilities - Add returned equipment back into physical inventory. Ensure accuracy of information entered in the Sunflower Asset Management system and it is synchronized with logistics databases. - Complete shipping, lab and general installations, and other tickets, as assigned, within defined service levels. - Maintain clean, usable, safe staging lab area and logistics room.
