People Compliance Manager
Pluralsight
This position is also available for employment in these areas:Remote - Texas (Dallas), Remote - USAJob Description:Are you a compliance expert who thrives on building order out of complexity? We’re looking for a Senior People Compliance Manager to serve as the strategic backbone of our global People function. In this role, you won't just follow the rules—you’ll design the frameworks that keep our global team moving forward safely and ethically. From scaling immigration programs to mastering complex regulatory audits, you will be the go-to expert ensuring our internal processes are as world-class as our products. Who You Are - You don’t just spot risks; you build systems to mitigate them. You enjoy the challenge of translating complex global regulations into actionable HR policies. - You speak the languages of Legal, Finance, and IT fluently, acting as the bridge that keeps our compliance initiatives aligned across the entire organization. - You are just as comfortable high-level strategy as you are getting "under the hood" of HRIS systems and SOPs to ensure everything is running smoothly. - You have a high bar for accuracy (especially when it comes to EEO-1 or OFCCP reporting) but stay flexible enough to navigate the ever-changing landscape of international employment law. What You’ll Do - Lead Global Strategy: Drive the implementation and governance of employment compliance programs, including immigration, regulatory reporting, and HR policy management. - Own Immigration & Policy: Oversee all immigration processes in partnership with external vendors and maintain our global HR handbooks to ensure they reflect current practices and local laws. - Master Regulatory Reporting: Ensure we are always audit-ready for EEO-1, VETS, BLS, and other state/country-specific filings. - Strengthen Internal Controls: Lead HR audit programs and develop robust SOPs and playbooks to create a culture of continuous improvement. - Champion Data Optimization: Partner with internal teams to streamline data reporting, making compliance more efficient and tech-driven. Experience You’ll Bring - 8+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance, risk management, or immigration. - Proven success managing high-volume, regulated HR processes and overseeing third-party vendors. - Deep experience managing complex immigration programs and ensuring regulatory adherence for a global workforce. - A strong command of US federal/state laws, with a solid working knowledge of EMEA and APAC regulations. - Experience working within HRIS systems to drive compliance; if you’ve used Workday, that’s a major plus. - A track record of leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and global jurisdictions. - Experience managing external audits (such as OFCCP) and overseeing annual Affirmative Action Plans (AAP). Requirements - Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach helps us collaborate more effectively, make decisions more quickly, and build a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility. Why you’ll love working here: - We work in a blended environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams. - We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskillling and delivering impact that matters. - We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive. - We are always learning, creating an environment where you can take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow with purpose. - Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, professional development funds, and more.
