Job Description

Construction Project Manager

Ameresco

• Provide daily construction, administrative and technical management of renewable construction projects • Assist management as required with project accounting, budgeting, project schedule and tracking, reporting quality management and internal communications • Ensure compliance with Company’s financial policies and procedures • Direct interface with Ameresco customers managing customer service, relationships and contractual obligations • Regularly monitor assigned project performance and cost estimates • Review subcontractor and vendor bids • Managing project expenditures and job cost accounting processes

Job Requirements

  • Associates degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in industrial power, electrical, mechanical, or engineering construction project management
  • Demonstrated experience with direct digital energy controls systems, variable frequency drives, high efficiency motors, central plant chiller and boiler installations
  • Proven experience with OSHA safety standards
  • Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project
  • Valid Drivers’ License in good standing
