Assistant Vice President of Quality – Payment Integrity, Healthcare

• Lead end-to-end healthcare quality operations for clinical, coding, TPL, and operational audits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. • A team of Quality Managers and their teams, driving consistency in audit methodology, scoring standards, and governance. • Quality strategy—short and long term—rooted in data-driven insights, risk identification, and process excellence. • Cross-functional collaboration for global alignment to unify standards, scale solutions, and share best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare quality operations, clinical/coding auditing, or payment integrity programs.
- 7-10+ years proven leadership experience managing quality teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in quality methodologies and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Experience with audit tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and advanced Excel.

Role Description The ideal candidate is a builder at heart—someone who has taken a technical B2B SaaS product from early traction to significant scale. You will be the architect of our revenue engine, designing the sales strategy from the ground up while remaining willing to get your hands dirty closing our initial flagship accounts. As a key member of the leadership team, you will move beyond just "hitting the number" to help define our go-to-market strategy, pricing packaging, and company culture. You will transition us from founder-led sales to a repeatable, scalable sales machine. - Build and Scale: Design and implement the sales infrastructure, including CRM selection, sales methodology, and compensation plans. Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team from scratch. - Player-Coach Leadership: Actively manage a pipeline of strategic enterprise deals while simultaneously mentoring the growing team. You should be comfortable pitching to CISOs one day and interviewing SDRs the next. - Strategy & Feedback: Work closely with Product and Engineering to loop customer feedback into the roadmap. Translate complex technical capabilities (forensic watermarking) into compelling value propositions for C-level executives. - Forecasting & Execution: Own the revenue number. Establish rigorous forecasting processes and reporting metrics to provide visibility to the executive team and board. Qualifications - 7-10+ years of sales experience with a track record of scaling a B2B SaaS sales organization from $1M to $10M+ ARR. - Experience selling complex, technical products (Security, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Infrastructure preferred). - Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder navigation. - Experience building a sales org from the ground up (0 to 1). - Strong history of attracting top talent and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Requirements - Ability to articulate technical value to highly scrutinized IT and Security buyers. - Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining processes where none exist.
