Solutions Architect

• Work collaboratively with Sales teams to create customer specific solution proposals • Participate in customer facing discussions and presentations to instill confidence • Remain engaged through implementation to maintain strong customer relationships • Collect and analyze feedback to inform requirements
• Partner with the VP Sales to grow new logo business and achieve revenue targets. • Prospect and close new business across NOAM. • Identify, nurture and close new opportunities, manage forecasts and track customer data. • Work collaboratively with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering teams as necessary. • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs before discussing products.
• Design, implement, and operate highly available PostgreSQL clusters (physical/logical replication, sharding, partitioning, failover automation) • Optimize query performance and indexing strategies • Perform capacity planning, growth forecasting, and workload modeling • Own high-availability strategies, including automatic failover, multi-region deployments, disaster recovery • Build and maintain automation for provisioning, configuration, backups, failovers, vacuum tuning, schema management • Use tools such as Terraform, Ansible/SaltStack, Bash, Python • Develop monitoring and alerting systems for PostgreSQL clusters • Lead response during database incidents • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes • Partner with software engineers to review SQL queries, optimize schemas, ensure effective use of PostgreSQL features

Senior Technical Product Manager

• Set and communicate platform-level product strategy for billing at Wavelo • Translate complex billing behavior into clear product definitions, requirements and guardrails • Evaluate new use cases and customer requests, making tradeoffs between flexibility, risk, and long-term maintainability • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Product managers to align on billing behavior and ownership boundaries • Enable Marketing through accurate, product-authored documentation that explains billing behavior, supported use cases, customer value, and competitive differentiation • Partner with the Solutions team to evaluate customer-specific requirements, distinguishing between one-off needs and platform-level capabilities that should be productized • Maintain a shared mental model of “how billing works” across teams • Serve as a liaison to customer delivery/solutions teams — ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and customization. • Define success metrics and drive outcomes that improve customer experience.
Vice President – Professional Services

• Build and scale a high-impact, product-aligned Professional Services organization. • Ensure Professional Services accelerates adoption of the platform without becoming overly custom or resource-intensive. • Define Professional Services strategy to support a SaaS, subscription-first business model. • Design service offerings that prioritize standardization, configurability, and reuse over custom development. • Own end-to-end delivery of implementations, integrations, migrations, and upgrades. • Drive continuous improvement in delivery velocity, quality, and predictability. • Own the Professional Services P&L with a strong focus on gross margin, utilization, and cost control. • Ensure Professional Services contributes directly to customer satisfaction, retention, and net revenue retention.
• Work with internal and external business, product, and engineering stakeholders to understand BI and analytics needs and priorities. • Collaborate with the data engineering team, engineers, product team, and business stakeholders to understand data sources and develop data pipelines to transform raw data to clean & aggregated data, culminating in the development of BI solutions. • Explore the data with visualization tools and statistical techniques, analyzing KPIs to understand trends, glean insights, and present these findings to stakeholders at various levels. • Work on business analytics projects incorporating predictive and prescriptive analytics to find valuable insights from data and help drive business decisions (e.g., analysis of consumers moving from MVNO to MNO accounts).
