Job Description

National Accounts Manager

Moen

• Partner with assigned accounts to support achievement of annual Top-Line Sales plans on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis • Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to develop account strategies and shared plans that support Moen product success • Identify opportunities to expand relationships and increase product visibility within existing accounts • Coordinate and support marketing and promotional initiatives that help retailers effectively showcase Moen products • Facilitate product line review discussions and presentations that align customer needs with Moen’s product offerings • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with account stakeholders and third-party selling partners • Partner with the Sales Director to develop and track annual sales forecasts and communicate key initiatives • Gather and share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer experiences through store visits, sales data, and industry networking • Support customer trade shows, including product training, promotional coordination, booth branding guidance, and collaboration on tradeshow planning • Serve as a trusted connection between customers and internal teams, sharing insights that help shape future initiatives • Apply financial awareness to help identify opportunities that benefit both Moen and our retail partners • Share ideas for process improvements and collaborative solutions that enhance account support and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management, including 2+ years in national account management
  • Experience working with retailers, distributors, or co-op retail channels and understanding of the retail sales process
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to analyze sales data and develop customer-facing presentations
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing SKU-level sales performance, category trends, and competitive activity to support account planning and business decisions
  • Demonstrated experience applying marketing, operational, and financial performance metrics to evaluate opportunities and support account strategies
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and retail partners, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and support negotiations that drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%, including overnight travel

Role Description - Oversee the full life cycle of development and construction for interconnection projects in MISO (Mid-Continent Independent System Operator) and SPP (Southwest Power Pool) regions. - Manage generator interconnection applications, including filing, queue management, and decision-making. - Negotiate and manage amendments for generator interconnection agreements with ISOs and Transmission Owners. - Act as an interconnection subject matter expert to support company growth initiatives and project diligence. - Coordinate with multiple internal and external SMEs to complete comprehensive technical reviews. - Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the generator interconnection process. - Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform long-term strategic planning and decision-making. Qualifications - Experience with power systems, transmission planning, and NERC reliability standards. - Experience with steady-state thermal/voltage, short-circuit, and transient stability using industry tools such as PSS/E, PSLF, PowerGEM TARA, TSAT, or ASPEN. - Experience with the planning processes within RTOs/ISOs and Transmission Providers, especially relating to baseline reliability planning and generator interconnection studies. - Experience with transmission policy and regulatory issues related to generator interconnection. - Experience and working relationship with ISOs (preferred MISO and/or SPP) or local utilities in a role related to generator or load interconnection agreements, utility and ISO interconnection study methodology, criteria, business practices, and transmission planning with focus in grid reliability (preferred). - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred). - Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
